Managing Director Chris Levan launched KTS Recruitment Lts in April 1994. Realising that there was a need for a recruitment company that offered the same quality of service as a national company but retaining a local feel, Chris sought to position KTS at the forefront of new concepts and ideas in recruitment.

KTS currently operates from four branches strategically placed throughout Bristol, specialising in the provision of Temporary and Permanent staff for Commercial, Industrial, Driving and Catering Businesses.

Since KTS was established our commitment has always been to provide our candidates and clients with a first class recruitment service.

We continually strive to maintain a competitive edge via a focussed programme of investment in the very latest technology available to the recruitment industry and ongoing trianing and development of staff
KTS as a company are very proud to have become corporate members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. All KTS Consultants are trained to high standards and are either qualified members of the REC or are working towards that qualification.
All our offices are full computerised and linked allowing KTS consultants to respond quickly and effectively to meet our clients requirements using the latest in search and select recruitment software
Both payroll and accounting functions are based at out local head office in Kingswood, providing a one-stop shop for our clients and candidates. This allows a quick and efficient response to any queries.
